![]() ![]() ![]() And while the game is immesurably smaller it is not procedurally generated random like in ED, there are things to find that make exploration of limited but still large universe IMO much more fun than in ED. And of course you can do all the regular explore/trade/fight stuff too. Want to control entire fleet? Sure, just need the money to buy it. Want to build entire trade/industrial empire? You can. Want to blow up stations or wipe out entire systems? No one is stoping you. X series give even more freedom, i did not spend much time playing X4, but X3 with all the drawbacks it had still felt much more "alive" then ED, and allowed much more freedom in general ( because no multiplayer limitations). ![]()
